In accordance with Article 15 of the Political Constitution of Colombia and applicable legislation (Law 1266 of 2008, Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and all regulations that supplement, amend, repeal, or modify them), we have a clear privacy and personal data protection policy: We do not obtain personal information from third parties who have a commercial or legal relationship with almaMia Swimwear, including you as a user of the almaMia online platform, unless they have voluntarily provided it with their prior, express, and informed consent. In addition to the rules established by Law 1581 of 2012, almaMia is governed by the regulations that govern electronic commerce transactions, as established by Law 1480 of 2011, concerning consumer protection.
