Exchanges
The maximum period for exchanges, guarantees, and returns is 30 days, NO EXCEPTIONS. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the garment.
Exchanges and returns are authorized for four reasons:
All shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. almaMía is not responsible for the loss and/or damage of products during return shipping.
almaMía reserves the right to refuse exchanges to customers who, in the company's opinion, make frequent and excessive exchanges.
For any exchange or return, please ensure that the product meets the following requirements at the time of the claim.
The product must have the invoice, original label, security seals, hygiene protectors in place, and original packaging in perfect condition.
It must not be altered, dirty, have any odors, be damaged, or show signs of deterioration from moisture, tobacco smoke, pet hair, or other contaminants.
The garment must not have been worn or washed, and must be free of stains, tears, or other damage.
Warranty
To analyze a warranty claim, Creaciones almaMia S.A.S. will consider the washing and usage recommendations on the garment labels and make a decision based on them.
If the product has any damage and/or defects covered by the manufacturer's warranty, it must be sent for evaluation. It will be sent to a laboratory for analysis. Once the laboratory sends the results, almaMia will contact the customer to inform them of the response to their claim. In the event that the quality tests are in the company's favor, the customer will assume the shipping costs for the garment.
Customers making a warranty claim must present the purchase invoice within thirty (30) calendar days of the purchase date and attach it along with the exchange, warranty, and/or return form requested via email to comercial@almamiaswimwear.com.
No invoice, no warranty.
Returns and Credits:
The maximum return period is 30 days, NO EXCEPTIONS. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the garment.
almaMia does not offer refunds under ANY circumstances.
Returns automatically generate a credit, which will be valid for 60 calendar days from the date of purchase.
The product must have the invoice, original tag, security tapes, hygiene protectors in place, original packaging, be in perfect condition, and be sent to the company along with the exchange, warranty, and/or return form requested via email: comercial@almamiaswimwear.com. No returns will be accepted without an invoice.
almaMia is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during the return process.
The credit balance will only be applied to items that are available in our inventory.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and/or Omissions
Occasionally, there may be information on our site or in the service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or in the service is incorrect or inaccurate.
